Seven2Six: Past 2 Present

This has got to be the most tiring finals week I have ever lived through. I thought this week would a “sit back and relax” kinda week, but man.. people sure found work for me to do. I started off my finals weekend just like any finals week day; I worked on my last paper, then just chilled for the rest of the night. Sunday was basically waking up and heading out to Price Center to hang out with people that are studying. The only thing I did was watch the Celtics vs. Lakers game, then went off-campus to hang out. It seemed like my week ahead was gonna be pretty laidback and chill. I was wrong.

It’s Friday, and I must’ve helped a billion people move. On top of moving my own luggage and personal belongings, I must’ve helped at least half a dozen others with their moving. They had me carrying appliances, boxes of books, clothes, furniture, electronics, etc etc etc. When I woke up this morning, I couldn’t figure out why my chest was sore. That’s when I realized that moving things actually give me a workout. Every time I help someone move, I can’t wait to grab food afterwards because I get so friggin’ hungry. When food arrives, I just dig in and not talk. No one can bother me when I’m in my own world of food.

I’m gonna have to head up to LA tomorrow for my brother’s graduation. I have to move one big bag of luggage as I journey off to LA. I hope I don’t crash on the bus.
